Nestlé has a long history of supporting community activities and charitable projects in the UK and Ireland. Our employees recently raised £430,000 for Nestlé's 2009 charity of the year, Marie Curie Cancer Care. Nestlé's charity of the year for 2010 is Alzheimer's society.
Nestlé has been awarded the Per Cent Standard, given to companies which donate a minimum of one percent of pre-tax profits.
