Terms of Entry

The O2 arena

Searches of persons’ clothing, bags and all other items may be conducted on entry and AEG reserves the right to confiscate items which may cause danger or disruption to the event, or other patrons, or which are in breach of the Terms and Conditions.

The use of unauthorised cameras, video and/or sound recording equipment is prohibited and such items may be confiscated at the Ticket holder’s own risk.

Food and drink cannot be brought into the venue.

Bottle tops will be removed from all bottles purchased from concourse outlets or bars inside The O2 arena.

The O2 arena does not have cloakroom facilities.

There is no re-admission once you have left the venue.

Seats located on level 4 of The O2 arena are not recommended for those who have a fear of heights, or suffer from vertigo.

Floor seating is not tiered.

In seated areas, other members of the audience may stand up during the event.

All children must have a ticket.

Children aged 14 or under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.

Standing areas are not suitable for under 16s.

Bottle caps or tops are removed as a safety requirement. The reason for this is that when trodden on, a plastic bottle with the top intact does not crush but acts as a roller, therefore becoming a potential threat to people’s safety (particularly in the event of an evacuation). In addition, a sealed bottle containing a liquid can be used as a heavy missile, and without the cap the liquid can escape in flight.
