Blink 182Following a 5 year hiatus, pop punk pioneers Blink 182 are set to play a run of UK arena dates, including two shows at The O2 on Friday 8 and Saturday 9 June. Support on Friday is from Blink 182, All American Rejects and Four Year Strong. Support on Saturday is from Blink 182, All American Rejects and Twin Atlantic. Blink 182 were formed in San Diego in 1992 by Mark Hoppus and Tom De Longe and later joined by drummer Travis Barker. The bands breakthrough album, Enema Of The State, was released in 1999 and went on to sell in excess of 15 million copies worldwide. Their next two albums, Take Off Your Pants And Jacket and Blink 182 cemented their position as a pop punk supergroup. Additionally, the band have won a number of MTV Awards throughout their career. Support comes from All American Rejects (both dates), Four Year Strong (8 June) and Twin Atlantic (9 June).
