Children under 5 years are free of charge.
A child ticket applies from the age of 5-15 years old.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
A concession price is available for students, senior citizens (over the age of 60) and Greenwich Cardholders. Proof must be provided.
A family ticket must include 2 Adults and 2 Children.

- How long does it take to visit the exhibition?
Visitors should expect to spend roughly an hour and a half (90 minutes) in STAR WARS™ Identities.
- Are photography and filming permitted in the exhibition?
Yes. Visitors are welcome to take pictures and videos for personal use during their time in the exhibition. Please note, however, that both flash photography and the use of a tripod are prohibited. Media photography (and any photography for professional use) is prohibited unless authorized and accompanied by museum staff.
- Will there be a shop selling exhibition merchandise?
Yes. The exhibition gift shop has a wide variety of Star Wars merchandise for sale, including exclusive STAR WARS™ Identities items.
- Can I visit wearing my Stormtrooper costume?
Yes, but please note: while visitors of all ages are welcome to wear Star Wars-themed costumes to the exhibition, helmets or masks covering part or all of the face cannot be worn into the venue or exhibition space.
- Can I bring my lightsaber to the exhibition?
No it is not permitted. Out of consideration for other visitors, all replica weapons and other props are also forbidden inside the exhibition.
- Is the exhibition appropriate for very young children?
Clips from the films—including some with lightsaber duels—are part of the exhibition. Concerned parents can refer to their regional film classification system, or to visitor services at the host museum, for more guidance, but the exhibition has been designed to be enjoyed by visitors of all ages.
