This is a thrilling, theatrical event where everything from the courageous to the compassionate and from the complex to the comic is observed. See the skillful agility and athleticism of the classic Cossack riders and their horses as well as the mesmerizing simplicity and discipline of a horse whisperer's talents. From Shetland ponies to Friesian horses, over 40 horses have been drawn together from throughout Europe to create this evocative and emotional show. Intertwining so many of a horse's traditional abilities with light, dance and music means that APASSIONATA is a show for all the family to enjoy. The powerful, world-wide language that exists between man and horse is inspirational and amazing to witness. APASSIONATA, a Berlin-based company, was created in 2002. Well established and highly regarded throughout the world, the show tours Europe with a new show every year. APASSIONATA travels complete with the riders, horses, their stabling, feed, flooring and lights. They have performed in over 20 countries. So far they have attracted more than 5 million visitors across Europe and will also be touring the United States in 2012.
