Fall Out Boy at The O2

Multi-platinum selling Mercury Music Group artist Fall Out Boy have announced a Friday 6th March 2009 tour date at The O2.

David Campbell, CEO of AEG Europe, owners and operators of The O2, said: "Fall Out Boy are incredibly popular and we know there will be a lot of people, thrilled to get the chance to see them perform."

Chicago's Fall Out Boy will release their fourth album Folie À Deux, the follow up to 2007's Infinity On High, on December 15th. With three UK top twenty singles 'Dance, Dance', 'Thnks Fr Th Mmrs' and 'This Ain't A Scene, Its An Arms Race' already under their belts; they released their Michael Jackson cover 'Beat It' featuring John Mayer earlier this year. Their live DVD hit the streets earlier in October and alongside their first single 'I Don't Care' from Folie À Deux around their Arena tour in the same month.

Fall Out Boy - Patrick Stump (vocals/guitar), Pete Wentz (bass), Joe Trohman (guitar), and Andy Hurley (drums) played a series of sold out arenas and will return to the UK in the New Year.
