Funhouse gives Pink her first ever UK No.1 album

Pink scored her first ever UK No.1 album yesterday when "Funhouse" debuted in the top slot, after selling over 112,000 copies in its first week.

Remarkably, despite having sold 4 million albums in the UK, Pink's previous best chart position was No.2 for "Missundazstood" in 2002. The incredible success of "Funhouse" mirrors that of Pink's latest single "So What", which spent 3 weeks at No.1 in the UK and is No.3 this week. "So What" also gave Pink her first ever US No.1 single.

Pink's UK fans will be able to catch her live at The O2 when the Funhouse Tour reaches London in May 2009.

Tickets for the concerts go on sale tomorrow. Book them here at http://www.theo2.co.uk/event/pink-funhouse-tour-2009-20090501.html.
