Muse announce two dates at The O2
The O2, the world's most popular music and entertainment venue, today announced that the incredible Muse will play two nights in the arena on Friday 26 and Saturday 27 October 2012 as part of their European tour. The band will release their sixth studio album The 2nd Law on Helium 3 / Warner Records on September 17 2012.The group has made a stunning short film to preview the album; this can be seen on muse.mu. The album release will be followed by a huge tour of Europe starting in France on October 16 and including five UK shows, including two nights at London's The O2 arena. As of today the band has launched an exclusive ticket pre-sale for muse.mu members. This pre-sale is designed to provide fans with the fairest and first access to tickets. It takes the form of an application process, closing at 6pm on Sunday 10 June, after which tickets will be allocated at random. General sale is from 10am on Thursday 14 June. Further details of the new album will be released shortly. The group's last studio album The Resistance was released in 2009 and topped the chart in 19 countries including the UK, their third No 1 album in this country. |
