US rockers My Chemical Romance have announced they will be playing their final UK tour date at The O2 arena on Thursday 15th November – the latest big name band to play The O2. Tickets go on sale from 9am on Friday 3rd August and can be purchased via www.the02.co.uk or by calling 0871 984 0002. David Campbell, Chief Executive and President of AEG Europe, owners and operators of The O2, said: “We are very excited that My Chemical Romance have chosen The O2 arena for the last date of their UK tour. After headlining this summer’s Download festival and the success of their current album we know that they will be another fine act to play London’s hottest new venue.” The O2 opened last month and has already had some of the world’s biggest stars play the venue including Bon Jovi, Snow Patrol, Justin Timberlake and the legendary Barbra Streisand. This week sees the start of a record breaking 21 night ‘purple reign’ by Prince. My Chemical Romance’s current album The Black Parade is out now. For further information please contact: |
