Take That - Beautiful World Tour - Brand new live dates announced for 2007

Fresh from a triumphant night at the BRIT Awards where they scooped the Best British Single Award for the record-breaking 'Patience', Take That today announced dates for a brand new UK arena tour, the Beautiful World Tour 2007.

Gary Barlow, Howard Donald, Jason Orange and Mark Owen are preparing to return to the live arena with 22-date UK tour which kicks off in Birmingham on Friday 16 November and then travels to Glasgow, Newcastle, London and closing to a home crowd in Manchester on the 19 December.

In what has surely been the most spectacular returns in popular music history, Take That finished 2006 on a high. A record-breaking, sell-out UK tour saw the band play to over half a million euphoric fans around the nation winning critical and public acclaim. Upon it's release, their debut single 'Patience' shot to the top of the charts and stayed there for four weeks and a No.1 album 'Beautiful World' which topped the charts for six weeks notching up sales in excess of 1.3 million copies making it the second biggest selling album of 2006 in the UK and the biggest selling Take That album of all time.

And that was only the beginning… On Valentines Day at the 2007 BRIT Awards, Take That won the Best British Single Award for 'Patience', the band's 5th BRIT Award and their first award for 11 years! Today, 'Shine', the second single from multi-platinum album 'Beautiful World' is released with Mark Owen taking the vocal lead.

In what promises to be the most sensational and visually stunning Take That Tour of all time, The Beautiful World Tour 2007 will see Gary, Howard, Jason and Mark return to what they love the most, performing live for their fans Gary Barlow today commented: "We've all been totally overwhelmed by the support and loyalty from our fans and the encouragement we've received over the past 18 months.
