Jean Carne, the legendary, 5 octave range, soul singer, who attained culthood for her work with Earth Wind & Fire,  joins Leon Ware , Sheree Brown & The Valentine Brothers for the Giants of Rare groove 2 concert.

Famous on these shores for her hit singles 'Don't Let It Go Your Head', 'Was That All It Was', 'My Love Don't Come Easy', 'Closer Than Close' &  'Early Morning Love', Jeans addition to the show is the icing on the cake for what is now an unmissable concert for soul lovers.

The legendary singer/songwriter/producer Leon Ware, the man responsible for Michael Jackson's  ‘I Wanna Be Where You Are’, Marvin Gaye's ‘I Want You’, Maxwells ‘Sumthin Sumthin’, Quincy Jones ‘Body Heat’ and Minnie Ripperton's ‘If I Ever Lose This Heaven’. He will be performing his own rare groove classics ‘Rocking You Eternally’ and the incomparable ‘Why I Came to California’.

Also performing on this night for the soul connoisseur is the critically acclaimed singer/songwriter Sheree Brown. Signed to Capitol in 1981 Sheree released the cult classic soul album 'Straight Ahead' which included the monster rare groove anthems 'It's a pleasure' and 'Everything you do '. 

Completing the ‘Ménage A Trois’ of giants performing on this night are the silky smooth duo ‘The Valentine Brothers’ famous on the scene for the unforgettable hits ‘Let Me Be Close To You’, ‘This Kind of Love’,  ‘Lonely Nights’ and of course the smash hit ‘Money's Too Tight Too Mention’ later covered by Mick Hucknall (Simply Red).
