Now it it’s 7th session, GLOW showcases the best in British emerging talent in London’s most iconic venue.  The next event on 16th April features some of the best breaking pop and rock acts the UK has to offer.

 From it’s inception in early 2009, GLOW events have provided a platform for tomorrow’s stars, providing artists with radio and press features, industry attention and most importantly; new fans! 

16th April 2011 show features Prima Donna who are a quirky three-piece rock/pop band that incorporate elements of Queen, Bowie and current indie/pop. Adam Ant himself is a huge fan and  Absolute Radio have said, “This band is hot”. Appealing to both mainstream and alternative scenes, this is well crafted, sublimely executed pop/rock at it’s finest.

In just under two years Prima Donna have graced the stage of many of London’s finest venues, generating an army of loyal followers.  Their 80’s infused catchy melodies will no doubt launch this band into a successful music career in no time. Cav OK make a sound that crosses through the genres of rock, indie and electro to tap your musical shoulder and smack you in the teeth. “epic wall of sound electro/rock. Radio Van Susans are a five piece ‘piano rock’ outfit who’s songs will get lodged in your head instantly. Having already played storming sets at venues including The 100 Club, The Clapham Grand and more, the only way is up for this lot. “Van Susans are a band that stand out from the crowd.” - Beatnik Geek Records. 

Luke Girvan is a captivating solo artist backed by a band of seriously good musicians. His sound is edgy pop/rock with influences including Bowie, The Beatles and Queen resulting in a collection of compelling, punchy tunes..  “Brash, bold and captivating” – Clink Mag 

The Curious Incident is a conjunction mash of soul, rock, psychedelic and tribal music that is proudly South African and ambitiously international. “rock ‘n roll & dark funk, off-beat flamboyance leaves the door wide open for critical reception and fan appreciation” –  Your LMG GLOW on 16th April promises to be a fantastic evening of live music and a chance to see six incredible artists burst onto the arena stage.
