Her fly-on-the-wall documentary Psychic Sally’s Big Fat Operation, shown on LIVING, documented her journey as she underwent the life changing operation. At 23 stone she was literally eating herself to death! A DVD of the documentary is available in an amazing box-set which includes a book detailing Sally’s emotional memoirs.
