Best-selling American R&B group Silk are heading to London for their first UK appearance in over a decade.

The band, who had an international number one with 'Freak Me' in 1993, will be the headlining act at the 'Ultimate 90's Valentine R&B Experience'.

Taking music fans back to an era when music “really meant something”, the show will also feature Kut Klose and Pamela Long, former lead singer of platinum-selling girl group Total.

The Ultimate 90's Valentine R&B Experience is the first concert from The Queen of Soul Ltd, a music events company set up in early 2010 by rising promoter Ajit Singh Atwal. The businessman, known as “Aj Is It”, says he wants to “recapture the magic” of nineties' R 'n' B and promises to offer the “perfect” showcase for some of the decade's “best-remembered” acts.

The following acts will by appearing on stage:

Silk: The smooth rnb group went to number one in 1993 with hit 'Freak Me'. They have just finished recording their seventh album.

Pamela Long: The former lead singer of Total now works as a solo artist, with her new album  expected to be released in 2011.

Kut Klose: The platinum-selling girl group found success in the nineties. They are about to release their new album.
