The disabled access booking line is open 12.00pm - 7.00pm daily with extended hours until 9.00pm on arena event nights. Timings may differ on priority and general on-sale dates.

Age restrictions

Unless otherwise stated, all indigO2 shows are aged 14+. Under 16s (ages 14 - 15) must be accompanied by an adult. Standing areas are strictly 16+. Photographic ID may be requested upon entry. Valid forms of ID are passport, driving license or CitizenCard.

indigO2 ticketing terms & conditions

Tickets purchased for indigO2 events are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the terms and conditions printed on your ticket.

Venue policies

All restricted items within our venue policy are listed in pictorial and written format at all entrances to indigO2 and printed on the reverse of tickets. Further detailed listings are available upon request.

Cameras

Professional camera equipment as well as audio and visual recording equipment is prohibited. If the event requires further restrictions, customers will be notified as early as possible before the start of the show.

Smoking

The O2 is a smoke free venue; smoking is not allowed throughout the building. It is possible to smoke outside of the venue, so please use the designated areas. There is no re-admission policy for most events at indigO2. indigO2 will occasionally, for relevant events, set up a controlled smoking area.

Re-admission

indigO2's readmission policy will be established on an event by event basis. There is a no re-admission policy for most events at indigO2, so once you have left the building, you cannot re-enter. Should indigO2 operate a re-admission policy, all re-entering guests will be subjected to the relevant search protocol in place.

Prohibited items

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: Glass, tools, fireworks, scissors, blades, knives, air horns, alcohol, flag poles, banners, radios, bottles, cans, firearms, narcotics and any other items that Venue Management deem unsafe and a danger to other patrons.

Club Nights

Please note that last admission for most club nights is 1am. There may also be a dress code, such as no sports wear. Please check with the venue if you have any questions.
