Here's your chance to get involved with the very latest mobile technology in our O2 concept store. Not only can we guarantee your visit will be pretty good fun, but it'll be useful too... thanks to our team of specialist O2 Gurus - on hand to help you learn about exactly what your handset can do for you!
The store is split into 5 different sections. The first 4 sections are our specialist 'tables'; music, games, photo and video. At each table you can further your knowledge of your handset, learn new tricks or receive a tutorial on anything you're not sure about. The 5th area is our relaxing chill out lounge at the back.
Music
Here you can create your own ring tone on our in-store handsets or Apple Mac Books. An O2 Guru will teach you how to create your very own masterpiece and will then transfer it to your handset, ready to enjoy whenever you get a call. We can also advise you on how to transfer music from your own computer to your phone, so you can play your top tunes on the go. ^
Games
At this table you will find a gallery of the O2 active games - perfect for long train journeys - that are available for you to download and play on your phone. You can try the games out in-store and when you find one you like, an O2 Guru will assist you in downloading it to your handset there and then, so you can enjoy it as soon as you leave the shop. ^
Photo
This section is dedicated to using the camera on your phone. In-store we can take existing photos; edit them, add text to them or personalise them to use as wallpaper on your mobile. We can even merge photos together to make an even funkier picture. Our O2 gurus will also demonstrate how to print, publish, share and back up your favourite shots. ^
Video
Here, our O2 Gurus can give you advice on how to get great looking videos, help you edit your existing videos or even put a couple of pieces of footage together and add music... making you the director of your own video. You may also have a few dodgy videos thanks to dropping the phone whilst filming... if so, we can cut the video so the footage looks perfect! ^
Chill out
Here you can chat to an O2 Guru about anything mobile related, read a magazine or just chill and do absolutely nothing! ^
Competitions
Look out for in-store competitions where you could win a seriously exciting prize such as free tickets to an event at the incredible O2 arena or free downloads from O2 active. Pop in to the store to check out our latest competition and give it a go. ^
What O2 do
We offer the best customer service on the high street. Open from 11am until 10pm (Monday - Sunday), we have a fantastic range of the latest handsets available on both contract and Pay As You Go. If you are looking for a new handset or just an upgrade of your old phone we are here to help... you can even pick up and have a 'play' with the latest selection of live handsets - you won't find any plastic dummy phones at O2. We also stock all the essential accessories you need to keep your phone in top condition; from spare batteries to emergency chargers, phone covers to Bluetooth headsets. We are also here to troubleshoot any problems with your handset. Can't send a picture message? No problem, we'll sort it. Need a new SIM card? We'll give you one. Run out of credit? Top up on our in-store machine. Need general advice on how to use your new phone? The O2 Gurus will do whatever they can to help you... in style! ^
