Expand/Collapse Can I buy my ticket directly from The O2?
Tickets may also be purchased in person at our main box office or at the British Music Experience box office (exhibition tickets only).

The O2 main box office is open 12.00pm - 7.00pm daily with extended hours till 9.00pm on arena event nights, timings may differ on on-sale dates.

Please note that the main box office does not hold tickets back for personal callers. Where an onsale starts at 9am and the venue box office doesn't open until 12.00pm, we recommend that to secure tickets you book online from AXS.com.

The British Music Experience box office is open 11am - 6.30pm daily.

All purchases made at The O2 box office will be subject to booking fees. Handling charges are added to some purchases.

Expand/Collapse How can I tell if a ticket seller or website is legitimate?
Tickets booked through unofficial agents or through a private individual (via sites such as Gumtree) may turn out to be fake, stolen or otherwise invalid. Customers with such tickets will be stopped at the entrance to The O2 arena and will not be permitted to enter the event.

To make sure your ticket is valid, please note as follows;
● Any event that is not listed on The O2 or AXS.com websites is not confirmed as taking place and the tickets being offered for sale are fraudulent.
● Always check the face value of the seat using The O2 or AXS.com websites. Unauthorised ticket agents often charge over face value and add on extortionate booking fees.
● A legitimate ticket agent should be able to give you the block row and seat details of your ticket, and be willing to post the tickets out or arrange collection from The O2 arena box office.
● Only purchase tickets from a recognised ticket agency. We would urge all customers not to purchase tickets from individuals outside the venue as they may not be valid and you may be denied entry. Customers are advised to report such individuals to a member of The O2 security team.

Expand/Collapse I found tickets for an event at The O2 on an unofficial website. Should I buy them?
No, tickets purchased from unofficial agents are not valid and admission to the event will not be permitted.

Expand/Collapse How can I get the best seats?
The early bird catches the worm!

Tickets are sold on a best available basis which means those seats deemed 'the best' are sold first in each allocation (O2 Priority, pre sale and general tickets).

If you are an O2 phone customer check out O2 Priority for tickets offered only to O2 customers to buy up to 48 hours before general release.

Expand/Collapse What does 'best available' mean?
Tickets sold on a 'best available' basis are allocated on a first come first service basis by what is deemed the best available at that time.

Which seats you are offered will depend on which tickets have been released and what sales have occurred before this transaction.

Expand/Collapse Why do events sell out so quickly?
