Can I buy my ticket directly from The O2?Tickets may also be purchased in person at our main box office or at The O2 bubble box office (exhibition tickets only). The O2 main box office is open 12.00pm - 7.00pm daily with extended hours till 9.00pm on arena event nights, timings may differ on on-sale dates. The O2 bubble box office is open 10.00am - 7.00pm daily Friday - Wednesday, 10.00am - 9.00pm Thursday. All purchases made at The O2 box office will be subject to booking fees. Handling charges are added to some purchases.
Do you have a gift card?Yes, you can buy a gift card for events at The O2 on Ticketmaster. They are sold in amounts of £200, £100, £50, £25, £15 and £10 excluding delivery costs. They can be used for any event at The O2 which is purchased through Ticketmaster. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase tickets at the venue or for other items such as merchandise or food and drink.
How can I tell if a ticket seller or website is legitimate?Tickets booked through unofficial agents or through a private individual (via sites such as eBay) may turn out to be fake, stolen or otherwise invalid. Customers with such tickets will be stopped at the entrance to The O2 arena and will not be permitted to enter the event. To make sure your ticket is valid, please note as follows;

What does 'best available' mean?Tickets sold on a 'best available' basis are allocated on a first come first service basis by what is deemed the best available at that time. Which seats you are offered will depend on which tickets have been released and what sales have occurred before this transaction.

What time does the box office open and close?The O2 arena box office (located at the main entrance to The O2) opens as follows: Event days (when there is an event happening within The O2 arena): 12.00 - 21.00 Non event days: 12.00 - 17.00 The O2 bubble has different opening hours. Please see their individual page on our website for further details. Please note The O2 arena box office also sells tickets for both The British Music Experience exhibition at The O2 bubble and all events at indigO2.
What is an O2 pre sale or Priority pre sale?O2 pre sale or Priority tickets are tickets offered only to O2 customers to buy up to 48 hours before general release. You can get Priority Ticket alerts by registering online or on your phone and then registering the events you're interested in, e.g., Music, Sport, Film and TV or Family Attractions. What is a Venue pre sale?Venue pre sale tickets are offered only to customers who have registered to receive The O2 newsletter. Venue pre sale tickets are available online only, accessible via a link emailed to subscribers.
Do you offer discounts for group visits?No, The O2 arena does not offer discounts. However, the event promoter may discount certain events at their discretion.

Does The O2 take returned tickets?No, there are no returns of tickets. Please also note that tickets are NOT transferable. Reselling a ticket for profit, commercial gain, for use in competitions, promotions or hospitality packages without the express permission of the event promoter will void the ticket. Failure to adhere to this condition will result in the ticket-holder being refused entry or removed from the venue.
