Expand/Collapse Advice prior to travel
Performance times and support acts can change, so please arrive at the venue in plenty of time to enter and find your seat. The time which the doors of the venue open will be printed on your ticket.

Please take time to read the venue terms and conditions on the reverse side of your ticket. Important information on attending events at The O2 can be found here.

The use of unauthorised cameras, video or sound recording is prohibited and such items may be confiscated. However, discretion may be used in the enforcement of this rule subject to the agreement of the event promoter. For some events, small (less than 35mm) cameras may be permitted.

For most events there is no dress code. Customers are expected to dress in an appropriate manner.

Expand/Collapse Can I stand up and dance?
Yes, at most events you are allowed to stand within the confines of your seat during an event. However, please note that standing on seats, in walkways, stairways, gangways and aisles or climbing any fencing or other structure is strictly prohibited. So is crowd surfing and "moshing" in the standing area.

Expand/Collapse Are there any seats with an obstructed view?
indigO2 has been designed to have perfect sight-lines from every angle of the venue. However, the stage set up will vary between events so should a seat have an obstructed or side view it will be sold as such. Please check at the time of booking.

Expand/Collapse If I have a ticket for upstairs can I go down stairs?
No, customers must remain within the seat /standing area they have purchased for.

Expand/Collapse Are there any age restrictions for indigO2?
Age restrictions vary from show to show, so please check event details. If not stated, indigO2 shows are suitable for all ages. Children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult and purchase a seated ticket.

Club nights are strictly over 18s.

Photographic ID may be requested upon entry. Valid forms of ID: passport or driving license.

Expand/Collapse Where can I smoke?
The O2 is a smoke free venue; smoking is NOT allowed throughout the building. Please also note that there is a no re-admission policy for most events and exhibitions, so once you have entered the ticketed area you cannot go back outside and smoke.

It is possible to smoke OUTSIDE of the venue; please ensure you use the designated areas.

Yes there are cloakroom facilities on every floor at the cost of £2 per item.

Expand/Collapse What time do doors open for an event?
This will be stated on your ticket.

Expand/Collapse What time do concerts usually start and finish?
Timings for events vary; exact timings may not be available until close to the event itself. For a schedule please call Customer Services on 0208 463 2000 or email customerservices@theo2.co.uk.

Expand/Collapse Will the main act appear at their after-show?
The nature of each after-show party differs. Please see the specific details of the show you are booking for.

Expand/Collapse If I am late will I be allowed in once the concert has started?
For some events latecomers will not be permitted to enter until a suitable break in the performance, but this is dependant on the wishes of the event promoter. We advise you to come early to allow sufficient time to enter the auditorium and reach your seat comfortably.

You may not be allowed entry if you arrive at the end of an event as visitors will be exiting.

Expand/Collapse What should I do if I have a problem at an event?
If you have any problems during an event please speak to any member of staff, who will contact the Event Manager.

If first aid is required please ask a member of staff for assistance.

Lost Property

Expand/Collapse I have lost something at indigO2. How can I find it?
Visitors can enquire about lost items through our Lost Property department which is open daily from 12.00pm. Please call Lost Property on 0208 463 2000 or email lostproperty@theo2.co.uk.

Please note that found items are retained for seven days only, after which time they are given to charity. The venue is not liable for any items or tickets that are lost or stolen.
