What is there to do at The O2?The O2 is the ultimate entertainment destination. It is home to The O2 arena (up to 20,000 capacity concert and sports venue), indigO2 (music and hospitality club), The O2 bubble (exhibition centre), matter (live performance and nightclub), as well as a variety of restaurants and bars. Is there a fee for getting in to The O2?Entry to The O2 is free of charge. For entry fees for events in The O2 arena, indigO2, The O2 bubble or matter; please visit individual event details on our website.
What time does The O2 open and close? The O2 opens daily at 9am and remains open until 1am. For late night entry to matter please see the matter page.
What if I get lost? If attending an event in The O2 arena we recommend that you pre-arrange to meet at either of our Customer Services desks on level 1 or 4. If you are attending an event in other areas of The O2 we suggest you meet under the 'baubles' on the main concourse just after the entrance. Families visiting The O2 with a child can collect a free child safety wristband either from the VIP reception desk (reached from the main concourse), or from our Customer Service desks on level 1 and 4 of The O2 arena during events. Child safety wristbands are water resistant single-use wristbands on which a telephone number for contact can be written, for use should a child become separated from it's party.
Can I take photographs of The O2?The use of professional cameras, video or audio equipment at The O2 in external/public areas (i.e. Peninsula Square, Entertainment Avenue and London Piazza) requires authorisation from our press department. Please see The O2 arena and indigO2 venues FAQs for their individual camera policies. A "professional" camera is deemed as anything with a lens of 35mm or a large camera with a detachable lens. Persons using a professional camera or recording equipment at The O2 may be approached and questioned by a member of our security team. Personal (small digital or compact) cameras are permitted within The O2.
Where can I smoke?The O2 is a smoke free venue; smoking is NOT allowed throughout the building. Please also note that there is a no re-admission policy for most events and exhibitions, so once you have entered the ticketed area you cannot go back outside and smoke. It is possible to smoke OUTSIDE of the venue; please ensure you use the designated areas.
Are there cash machine facilities?Yes, ATM facilities are provided in The O2 main entrance area - to left on entry, next to the merchandise area. For those with tickets to an event within The O2 arena there is also an ATM located on level 1.
Are there public telephones available to use?No, not within The O2 but there is a payphone at North Greenwich Underground and Bus Station.
Do you have wireless internet access?We have a wireless network named "WiFi Zone - The Cloud" which is being hosted by The Cloud. This can be accessed if you have an account with The Cloud or by using a credit card. You may access the network in the following areas; Peninsula Square Entertainment Avenue between buildings 1-4 The O2 arena levels 1-4

I have booked general access seats but now I need disabled access.Contact your ticket agent to check if they are able to re-allocate your seats to an area which suits your access needs. Please note that you must arrange this in advance as we may not be able to accommodate you on the day without prior notice.

I have lost something at The O2. How can I find it?Visitors can enquire about lost items through our Lost Property department which is open daily from 12.00.
