General booking information

Customers are requested to address any specific access requirements in advance of their booking.

If you require a personal assistant to aid your visit please let us know at time of booking.
Registered disabled visitors pay full price for all tickets while required PAs receive a complimentary ticket, subject to availability. You may be asked for details of your disability registration at time of booking. Complimentary PA tickets are limited in number, we advise you to book early if one is required. No refunds will be given for PA tickets in retrospect.

We recommend booking in advance to ensure tickets are available to suit your requirements.

Contact us to book accessible tickets for The O2 arena, indigo2, The O2 bubble exhibition centre and Meridian Gardens. The disabled access booking line is open 12.00pm - 7.00pm daily with extended hours till 9.00pm on arena event nights, phone line opening times differ on priority and general on sale dates, see event details for timings.

Booking tickets in person

Tickets may also be purchased in person at our main box office or at The O2 bubble box office.

The O2 main box office is open 12.00pm - 7.00pm daily with extended hours till 9.00pm on arena event nights, timings may differ on priority and general on-sale dates. It has 2 wheelchair accessible windows and a hearing loop system.

The O2 bubble box office (exhibition tickets only) is open 10.00am - 7.00pm daily Friday - Wednesday, 10.00am - 9.00pm Thursday. It has 1 accessible window and a hearing loop system.
