The O2 arena• Access to the arena and seating areas The main concourse and Entertainment Avenue are level step free surfaces for ease of access to pedestrians and wheelchairs. Should you be unable to queue please contact a member of staff who will arrange for priority entry once the doors open. All entrances are manned by trained stewards and accredited security personnel. Within the arena there are easily accessible lifts to each level. • Accessible seating areas Level 1 platforms are raised above the fixed seating areas so that, when audience members stand up, customers on the platform may remain seated and still have a clear view of the stage. Each wheelchair platform has a dedicated steward to provide assistance where required. Ambulant seating is available on each level for customers who are able to walk and vacate a seat in the case of an emergency. Our ambulant seating is within the main seating blocks in areas which are easily accessible. Ambulant seating available includes: seats situated on the aisle, seats with few or no steps to them, seats on the back row, seats with no seats directly in front (not necessarily the front row to the stage), seats closest to arena facilities. Certain ambulant seats have adjustable arm rests to provide easier access and more comfortable seating if required. Folding chairs without arms are also available on our wheelchair bays. Visitors are advised to book though the disabled access booking line where they will be allocated the best seats available for their requirements. Please note other audience members may stand up during an event. • Wheelchairs If you have ticket for an ambulant seating area and you have your own wheelchair, your wheelchair can be left with customer services at the information desks on either Level 1 or Level 4 until the end of the event or a designated point within the event. • Assistance dogs • Toilets • Cloakrooms • Assistive Listening Devices Please visit our information desks on Level 1 or Level 4 of the arena and request an assistive listening device.
