The O2 is easily accessible for wheelchair users or those with special access needs. The O2 is serviced by the North Greenwich station (Jubilee Line), buses and Thames Clippers services, all of which are accessible. All buildings within The O2 are DDA compliant with wide entrances and there is a flat street running the length of Entertainment Avenue. Toilet blocks, lifts and other public areas are also designed for wheelchair use and The O2 staff will provide assistance on request. Booking Getting There Parking There Venue Info Booking General booking information Customers are requested to address any special needs requirements in advance of their visit to the booking contacts below. Visitors with a blue badge pay full price for all tickets while companions receive complimentary tickets, unless otherwise stated. We recommend booking in advance. In most cases, tickets booked in advance can be sent to you prior to the event. Booking charges apply to all sales except in person cash sales. If you wish to book special access tickets for any of our events please use the contacts below: The O2 arena Lines are open Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and Saturday 11.00am - 4.00pm. Tickets may also be purchased in person at our main box office. The O2 arena box office is open 12.00pm - 7.00pm daily with extended hours till 9.00pm on arena event nights. The Box Office has 2 wheelchair accessible windows and a hearing loop system. Ticket Master also accept calls via RNID typetalk on a 24/7 basis. Special access booking is available for on-sale and pre-sale dates. Seating configurations may differ between events therefore we would ask that you contact Ticketmaster to discuss your seating requirements. ^ The O2 bubble Tickets may also be purchased at The O2 bubble box office. The box office has 1 accessible window and a hearing loop system. BODY WORLDS & The Mirror of Time BODY WORLDS & The Mirror of Time has concessions available for seniors (60+), visitors with a disability and those unemployed, with ID (£9 Mon - Thurs, £10.50 Fri, Sat, Sun and Public Holidays). Visitors with a disability pay concession prices for tickets while their personal assistant receives a complimentary ticket. Complimentary tickets can be collected on arrival from the exhibition box office. Should you need assistance while parking please contact a Car Park Attendant either in person through the parking management office, situated next to car park 4, or though the intercom system at each car park entrance. Please see our parking pages for more information on special access parking. ^ Drop off area The O2 and Entertainment Avenue • Special Access • Assistance dogs • Toilets • Bars and Restaurants The O2 arena Access to the arena and seating areas The main concourse and Entertainment Avenue are level step free surfaces for ease of access to pedestrians and wheelchairs. Should you be unable to queue please contact a member of staff who will arrange for priority entry once the doors open. All entrances are manned by trained stewards and accredited security personnel. Within the arena there are easily accessible lifts to each level. • Special access seating areas Level 1 platforms are raised above the fixed seating areas so that, when audience members stand up, customers on the platform may remain seated and still have a clear view of the stage. Each wheelchair platform has a dedicated steward to provide assistance where required. Ambulant seating is available on each level for customers who are able to walk and vacate a seat in the case of an emergency. Our ambulant seating is within the main seating blocks in areas which are easily accessible. Ambulant seating available includes: seats situated on the aisle, seats with few or no steps to them, seats on the back row, seats with no seats directly in front (not necessarily the front row to the stage), seats closest to arena facilities. Certain ambulant seats have adjustable arm rests to provide easier access and more comfortable seating if required. Folding chairs without arms are also available on our wheelchair bays. The venue do not reserve seats specifically for the visually impaired, visitors are advised to book though the special access booking line where they will be allocated the best seats available for their needs. Please note other audience members may stand up during an event. • Wheelchairs If you have ticket for a ambulant seating area and you have your own wheelchair, your wheelchair can be left with customer services at the information desks on either Level 1 or Level 4 until the end of the event or a designated point within the event. • Assistance dogs • Toilets • Cloakrooms • Assistive Listening Devices Please visit our information desks on Level 1 or Level 4 of the arena and request an assistive listening device. Guests will be required to leave valid identification such as a driver's license as collateral.
