Box office

Book in person

There will be no Box Office sales for Take That. Online and call centre transactions only.

Tickets for The O2 Arena, indigo at The O2, Building Six events can be bought in person at The O2 Box Office which is open from 12.00pm to 7.00pm and for the Arena on event days it will stay open until the main act starts.

If an event on-sale starts at 9am, you can still book online at Please remember that the main box office doesn’t hold back any tickets. Once they're sold out online, they're sold out completely. Booking fees are charged on all tickets. Sometimes handling charges are added too.

If you have to collect your tickets at the Box Office on event day, the dedicated windows will open for Arena events (with 6 pm doors) from 3pm and for indigo at The O2 events (with 7 pm doors) from 5pm. For events with different door timings, collections will open about 2 hours before doors. For club nights at indigo at The O2, the Box Office will open the same time as doors.

The Box Office for Up At The O2 is open daily  from 11.30am to 6,30pm.

The Box Office for the Elvis Exhibition is open daily from 10 am to 7 pm (excluding Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year’s Eve when it will close at 4.30 pm. Close on New Year’s Day).

Safe Child Wristbands

Get a free Safe Child Wristband from any information desk. That means if you get separated, we can use the details on your child’s wristband to contact you.

Health and safety

We have a written health and safety policy, plans of action and risk assessments for everything we do. We make sure that all our staff and contractors get the right training.

Insurance cover

The O2 has public and products liability insurance up to £10m as part of AEG Europe. You can get a copy of the policy through customer services or your event organiser. Our portal number is C00108.

Risk assessments and hazards

Assessments are completed for all events and activities. There are daily inspections of public areas. This is to make sure that hazards are found and dealt with as soon as possible. Report anything you think may cause harm.

Emergency evacuation

If we need to evacuate The O2, you’ll hear an announcement. You’ll be directed along the safest routes to the main assembly point. Please don’t use lifts or escalators. Wheelchair evacuation in the arena is managed by trained staff.

First aid and medical

Trained first aiders are always available. We’ve got first aid rooms in or near all the venues. During events, a qualified team is contracted to take care of medical emergencies. If you have any medical needs or worries, call 020 8463 2000. Or email before you get here.


The O2 is a no smoking venue. The smoking area is just outside The O2’s main entrance. Remember, if you’re coming to an event at the arena, indigo or Building Six, you can’t leave and re-enter once you’ve gone through ticket checking. E-cigarettes can be used anywhere in The O2 except the performance spaces. Look out for the signs.

Hearing protection

Free ear plugs are available in all venues. Just ask. You can also borrow ear defenders in adult and child sizes. You’ll need to leave a form of ID with us that you can pick up when you bring the ear defenders back.

Lost property

We can only keep things for seven days. After that we donate them to charity. We aren’t responsible for anything that’s lost or stolen.
