How can I access my tickets?

If you have purchased your tickets via AXS or The O2 website you can get your tickets on The O2 app. Select the 'My Tickets' tab and then select your 'Tap to get tickets'

Sign in to your AXS account using the email and password you used to purchase your tickets. 

Once signed in you will see a 'Tap to get my tickets' button. Tap here and you'll be able to see your tickets.  

You can also transfer tickets to the rest of your party. Your QR code will then be scanned upon entering the arena.

The O2 venue app doesn't seem to be working?

Please try deleting and re-installing the app, also make sure it is updated to the latest version.

 

If you still have issues logging in, don't worry, as long as you have your order confirmation email from the time of booking, just try to log in again closer to the event date.

I can't see my tickets?

Please try deleting and re-installing the app, also make sure it is updated to the latest version and make sure you are logged in using the correct email address - the email address your confirmation of booking was sent to.

Can I download the app outside the UK?

At the moment the app is only available on the UK App and Google Play stores. 

When I pre-order do I need to pay on the app or pay upon collection?

When you are pre-ordering you pay on the app using a debit card, pay-pal or Apple pay. 

Where do I collect my food and drink order?

Select the Orders tab and your collection point will be specified under My Orders. 

When does merch get uploaded to the app?

This changes for each event. Keep an eye on our social channels and we will let you know as soon as merch for each show is available. 

What do we do if there is a problem with the app and it’s not accepting my payment?

If the app is not accepting payment in the first instance please try re-installing the app. If problems continue please notify our customer services team and we will look into the problem.
