Orders for food & drink can be redeemed at our app collection lanes at 105 and 109 on Level 1.
- Can I download the app outside the UK?
At the moment the app is only available on the UK App and Google Play stores.
- When I pre-order do I need to pay on the app or pay upon collection?
When you are pre-ordering you pay on the app using credit, debit card, pay-pal or Apple pay.
- When does merch get uploaded to the app?

- What do we do if there is a problem with the app and it’s not accepting my payment?
If the app is not accepting payment in the first instance please try re-installing the app. If problems continue please notify our customer services team and we will look into the problem.
All products on the app are available at our usual points of purchase in the arena.
