Keeping you safe at indigo at The O2
Welcome to indigo – it’s great to have you back.
To keep everyone safe and ensure an enjoyable experience, we have made some important changes we’d like you to know about before you visit.
We encourage all visitors to continue to wear a face covering during your visit to The O2
Wash your hands thoroughly and use our free hand sanitiser stations.
We’ve introduced a strict clear bag policy so we can carry out security screening contact-free. Only one see through bag per person is allowed per person. Bags and coats cannot be stored in the cloakroom and must remain with you at all times.
You will be searched with a security wand on entry and your temperature may be checked.
All fans are required to bring photo ID to ensure the correct person is using the ticket. If your photo ID check is not validated, you will not be permitted entry to the venue.
All ticketing is now digital using AXS Mobile ID. You and your guests will need to download The O2 venue app to access your tickets and have them scanned as you go into the venue (if applicable).
If you need to pass other fans in your row to get to your seat, please avoid face to face contact.
Lifts will not be in operation however, if needed they can be pre-arranged directly with the venue.
We recommend planning how you’ll get to the venue in advance. We have pre-bookable parking spaces, and Uber Boat by Thames Clippers offers a fast and enjoyable route to The O2. Head to our website for more information on these services, as well as private hire options and the Tube.
If you are attending with other members of your support bubble, please ensure they have read and understood these guidelines.
Please remember: if you are feeling unwell, you must not visit the venue and please always observe social distancing.
We look forward to welcoming you back and we’re ready to make your experience a night to remember!
