Access
The O2 bubble exhibition building is approximately 350m from the main entrance to The O2. For approximate distances to other venues within The O2 please see the Venue access page. All routes are step free and feature several benches along the way.
If any of your group are unable to queue please contact a member of staff who will arrange for priority entry. All entrances are manned by trained Front of House Assistants.
Within all venues there are staffed accessible lifts to each level. The bubble exhibition building has benches within each area to offer rest points.
All buildings within or associated with The O2 are fully DDA compliant with wide entrances. Toilet blocks, lifts and other public areas are also designed for wheelchair use and relevant staff have been trained to provide appropriate assistance on request.
On arrival and departure, North Greenwich Tube and Bus stations have access for people with a disability and coaches can, by arrangement, drop off close to Peninsular Square.
Parking - exhibitions only
The coach park is free for education groups who have pre booked to visit an exhibition in The O2 bubble (subject to availability). Download the booking form and email the completed form to

no less than a week before your visit. Coaches without a reservation may incur a cost of £25.
Disabled parking for orange/blue permit holders is available at a 50% discount to the usual rate.
Preliminary visits & previews
Educators wishing to conduct a risk assessment of The bubble exhibition building prior to a class visit may do so free of charge. Provision for other events may vary so please contact us at

Carers and PAs
Entrance to events at The O2 for each person requiring a carer or PA will include one free ticket. Please ensure that you state your needs for carer or PA tickets on booking.

First Aid
We recommend that all school groups come fully equipped with first aid supplies.
In an emergency, contact any member of staff who will be able to assist or who will call a trained Medic. There is a medical room situated close to the venue.
Within The bubble exhibition building a limited number of wheel chairs are available on request for emergencies.
Toilets
Wheelchair accessible unisex toilet facilities are available at ground level and with lift access in all venues throughout The O2.
Assistance Animals
Working or assistance animals are welcomed in all venues within The O2, Peninsula Square, car parks and external areas.
