For shows going on sale from the 3 June, the online booking process for purchasing accessible tickets at The O2 arena is changing.

To help us provide the best possible service, we’re collaborating with Nimbus Disability and introducing the Access Card; a universal way of communicating access requirements for events at The O2 arena.

The O2 is the first arena in the UK to be awarded Platinum status by disability charity Attitude is Everything.

Working closely with Attitude is Everything on the Live Events Access Charter, we’re committed to continually ensuring everyone has the best event experience possible and we have introduced several integral initiatives.
