You can access your tickets via The O2 venue app. Simply follow the steps below.
1. Create your app profile. We suggest using the same
2. Connect your ticketing account
3. Access your tickets
4. If you are an AXS customer, for security reasons, you may be prompted to sign in to your AXS ticketing account. Please sign in with your AXS ticketing account email and password. You will see the below screen.
Tickets are usually uploaded closer to the event. If the show is less than a few days away, try these steps:
- Check your email address. Make sure you’re using the same email you bought the tickets with.
- Try deleting and re-installing the app – and double check you have the latest version
- Contact your ticket provider to check the tickets have been uploaded and there were no spelling mistakes in the email.
If you’ve tried these steps and still can’t see your tickets; or you don’t have a smartphone, please bring Photo ID (matching the name of the booking) and your order confirmation email to The O2 Box office for help 90 minutes before doors on the event day.
