In 2025, we announced a groundbreaking commitment to the Music Venue Trust, a charitable organisation which represents hundreds of grassroots music venues across the UK.

The pioneering initiative sees The O2 make a direct donation to the charity each time a new artist headlines the arena for the first time. This ensures that the grassroots ecosystem, which nurtures artists in the early stages of their careers, receives tangible, ongoing support from the very venues that later host their success.

We are also proud sponsors of The Power of Events School Engagement Programme. The initiative aims to engage every secondary school and college in the UK in putting the UK Events Industry on the radar as a career choice for the next generation.
