Access Card
To book accessible tickets for The O2 arena and help us to provide the best possible service, we work with Nimbus Disability using the Access Card, a universal way of communicating access requirements for events at The O2 arena.

Personal Assistants

To book Personal Assistant (PA) tickets you must have a valid Nimbus Disability access card with the plus 1 symbol. The PA ticket must be selected at the same time as your own ticket.   

For guest who require more than one Personal Assistant and have the relevant symbol on their Nimbus Disability access card please call the dedicated access line on 020 8463 3359.  

Accessible & General tickets

If you need both Accessible and General tickets, these will need to be booked separately. Simply follow the instructions within the purchase flow and click on the relevant ticket/seat type.
