Comic Relief 2017 – Red Nose Day
Comic Relief’s Red Nose Day will this year be broadcast live from Building Six at The O2. Taking place on Friday 24 March 2017, Building Six will be transformed into Red Nose Day’s Comedy Superclub and will see comic favourites including Sir Lenny Henry, Joe Lycett, Romesh Ranganathan, Jonathan Ross, Jonny Vegas and French & Saunders present a night of unmissable live comedy on the BBC.
The live BBC broadcast at Building Six, which is situated at the heart of The O2, will see today’s top comedy talent join forces with comic legends and preside over a mammoth night of live comedy, sketches, music moments, fundraising films and much more.
The evening’s entertainment will include a musical mash-up of epic proportions as a well-known international music star collaborates on a special track with the stars of People Just Do Nothing aka Kurrupt FM. Graham Norton will also be on hand to welcome a gaggle of guests to a ludicrously long super-sized sofa; plus Vic and Bob will be bringing back classic characters The Stotts, as well as helping out backstage.
