Q: What are the guidelines regarding photography equipment?

A: Carrying professional-grade cameras (35mm or above) and detachable camera bodies is strictly prohibited. Only personal cameras and mobile phones are allowed, with the flash kept off. Live broadcasting with any equipment is also strictly prohibited.

 

Q: Are there restrictions on luggage or backpacks?

A: Yes, large luggage is not allowed inside the venue. Each person is limited to one A4 size bag or smaller handbag. Large bags can be stored at our bag storage facility outside the main entrance for £10 per bag.

 

Q: Can I send gifts to MIRROR?

A: Unfortunately we cannot accept gifts, including flower baskets, balloon decorations or any other form of gift. Fans' food and beverages are also not accepted backstage.

 

Q: Can I distribute activation material in public areas?

A:  In consideration of environmental impact, distribution of any activation material is strictly prohibited. Items are likely to be confiscated at the arena entrances. 

 

Q: Will there be an activation/support zone at the venue?

A: There will be no official support zones at The O2.

 

Q: Am I permitted to bring my own refreshments into the event space?

A: We ask attendees not to bring their own food and drink, items will be confiscated upon entry. Those with specific medical necessities ask our security staff for assistance.

 

Q: Can I bring handheld lights, light boards, or light fabrics to the event?

A: CE certified light sticks will be approved for entry, although light boards/fabric are prohibited. Attendees may also bring non-illuminating support items such as banners or hand banners not exceeding A3 size (30cm x 42cm).

 

Q: What prohibited items should I be aware of?

A: Prohibited items include weapons, bladed/sharp articles, ammunition, explosives, horns, whistles, drums, fireworks, flags, flagpoles, inflatables, large umbrellas, glass bottles, flammable liquids in any container, laser pens, professional camera equipment, illegal drugs, alcoholic beverages, animals (except Service Dogs), confetti, glitter bombs, balloons, wheeled footwear, helmets, full face masks, food and drink and low voltage electrical items which do not carry the UKCA or CE marking. MIRROR, a Hong Kong Cantopop group, formed through ViuTV's reality talent show Good Night Show - King Maker in 2018. The group consists of twelve members: Frankie Chan, Alton Wong, Lokman Yeung, Stanley Yau, Anson Kong, Jer Lau, Ian Chan, Anson Lo, Jeremy Lee, Edan Lui, Keung To, and Tiger Yau.

 

Mirror has been described by local and international media as "the new kings of Cantopop" and a "Cantopop phenomenon". They are credited with reviving the Cantopop genre.
