Event Details
Afrobeats heavyweight Olamide will headline The O2 on Thursday 25 March 2027.
It will be the biggest London headline show of his career. It takes him to one of the most famous stages in the world, a room that has hosted the biggest names in global music. For the man who built YBNL and opened doors for a generation of Nigerian stars, this is a full-circle moment.
Fans can expect a career-spanning set that celebrates every era of Olamide’s journey. The night will move from the Street-Hop anthems that made him a household name to the newer records shaping his next chapter. It will be built for both long-time supporters and a new generation of fans. Expect big choruses, raw street energy, and the kind of crowd interaction that has become central to his live shows. On The O2 stage, Olamide will bring the sound, spirit, and scale of Lagos to London.
Few artists have shaped modern African music like Olamide. As a rapper, he made Yoruba-language Street-Pop a global sound. As the founder of YBNL, he broke some of the genre's biggest stars, including Fireboy DML, Asake, Adekunle Gold and Lil Kesh.
His catalogue of chart-topping hits and landmark collaborations reads like a who's who of Afrobeats. It includes Wizkid, Davido, Omah Lay, Darkoo, Tiwa Savage, Young Jonn and many more. More than a decade in, his seamless blend of Yoruba and English and his power to unite fans across continents remain unmatched.
The O2, London show will feature his greatest hits alongside material from his acclaimed self-titled 2025 album, ‘Olamidé’. Special guest performances from some of the most exciting names in Afrobeats and UK music will be announced soon.
"London has always shown me love, from the early days to Wembley. Standing on The O2 stage is something I've dreamed about for a long time. The movement is Lagos built and London amplified, so this one is for everybody who has rocked with me and with YBNL from day one. We're bringing the whole street to Greenwich. 25 March, make sure you're there." - Olamide.
"OVO Wembley Arena was a statement. The O2 London is a coronation," says Abi Babalola for Hera Touring. "Olamide hasn't just been part of Afrobeats' rise to a global phenomenon; he's built it, one artist and one anthem at a time. Bringing him to The O2 is a milestone for him, for his fans and for the culture. 25 March 2027 is going to be a night London talks about for years.”
