
If you’ve got a ticket for accessible seating, you can use any entrance. The main concourse are level and step-free and there are accessible lifts across all levels.
If you are unable to queue, talk to a member of staff at the arena entrance, they'll sort priority entry for you as soon as the doors open.
If you need a wheelchair, call 0208 463 2211 once the event doors open, and we’ll bring a wheelchair to you at the main entrance. If you require this service, you'll need to bring someone to escort you around the venue including operating the wheelchair. Please note this number is only staffed on an event night.
Accessible seating is available on every level for guests who are able to walk and evacuate their seat in case of an emergency.

Please note that at some events, audience members may stand or dance in their seats. If you find standing difficult, do mention this when booking, as our viewing platforms may offer a more comfortable experience.
If you bring your own wheelchair, it can be safely stored at our Customer Service Desk located near block 101 until the end of the event—or whenever you’re ready to leave.

Assistance dogs can stay in wheelchair bays. Please contact access@theo2.co.uk before your event to let our team know.
Accessible toilets are unisex and they’re available on all levels and located near the wheelchair bays.
We also have a Changing Places fully accessible toilet situated by Block 104 on Level 1. For access, please speak to the nearest steward or visit the Information Desk on Level 1.
This facility is larger than a standard accessible toilet and includes a height-adjustable changing bench, a ceiling hoist, and enough space to accommodate up to two personal assistants.
If you need to bring medication or medical equipment with you, that’s absolutely fine. For added peace of mind, we can provide a confirmation form—simply email access@theo2.co.uk at least 7 days before the event, and we’ll be happy to send one.
If you need to bring food or drink to manage a medical condition, please request an exemption form by emailing access@theo2.co.uk, stating the event you’re attending. We kindly ask that you do this at least 7 days in advance.
On event days, trained medics are on site and available to assist you if required.
A power supply is available on some wheelchair bays for anyone with medical needs. Please get in contact with our access team ahead of the event.
Some events involve pyrotechnics, flashing lights and other special effects. Contact customer services for details of any special effects expected at your event.
Assistive Listening Devices are available at our Level 1 Customer Service desk for people with or without a hearing aid. The ALDs work with digital hearing aids and hearing aids that have T-position settings. Earphones are available if you don’t have a hearing aid.
Visit any information desk to get an ALD. You’ll need to leave a form of ID with us that you can pick up when you bring the ALD back.
Getting Around
indigo at The O2 is located approximately 30 metres from The O2’s main entrance. The main concourse offers a smooth, step-free surface throughout, making it easy to navigate.
Wheelchair Access
For standing events, a wheelchair bay is available at ground level. Accessible seating is also provided on every level for added flexibility and comfort.
Toilets
Accessible toilet facilities are also available on all levels.
