Andra managed the performance to impress her fans at Sala Palatului with her musical super production, show performed with the cash points closed for 3 days in a row, 2 years consecutively. The most beloved artist from Romania, as well as the most appreciated by diaspora, is ready to take the dream atmosphere in the capital of the United Kingdom.
The atmosphere from Andra’s Weekend will be felt also in London, on June the 3rd, during a concert that no other Romanian performed for a foreign public. AIEVEA, an Andra-brand musical super production, expects Romanian people in UK on the 3rd of June to join a show dedicated to joy and love. We planned for them a special version of the AIEVEA show that we hope it will warm their hears and will stop them from being homesick. The music, especially if it's in one’s native language, has a magical effect, of optimistic and energy, “whoever you are, wherever you are”, stated the artist to her fans. In 2017, Year Andra, year that has just ended, Andra released 4 singles and won several awards, three of which at the Gala Media Music Awards, the only event that rewards artists according to their music broadcasts, remaining the only award-winning artist to all 6 editions of this event and the winner to the most prizes, 16 in total. Four times she received the Fans Like Award/The most beloved artist (2014, 2015, 2016, 2017), but also the only artist in Romania to have three Best Female / Best Artist Awards (2013, 2014, 2016). During the Andra Weekend, the show that changed everything, Andra saw her dream come true. In 2017, the artist managed to fill Sala Palatului 3 times in consecutive days, all cash points being closed, unequaled performance by other Romanian artists at the debut show at the biggest concert hall in the country. On February the 24th, the 25th and the 26th, 2017, Andra invited her fans to "Love Changes Everything," a concert with unprecedented production.
She has performed live with an extended band composed of blowers, boaters, guitarists, violinists, artists that performed at harp, bongo and four backing vocals. At a certain moment, 38 instrumentalists and 4 soloists in backing vocals were simultaneously alongside her on the stage giving an incredible acoustic experience to thousands of viewers. The AIEVEA Show succeeded in raising its standards again in February 2018, for three days, all sold-out, when the public listened to the most beloved songs of the artist who danced, went through several musical genres, and at a certain moment she played the drums, too! The viewers were fascinated by the super production of the AIEVEA, an artistic royal from all points of view. Andra managed the performance of singing excellent live for 2 hours and 15 minutes each evening, three days in a row, during the entire show, with dancing moments and speeches exceeding two and a half hours.
The artist has changed several specially designed clothing and wore several wigs, thus marking each chapter of the show with a special look. Andra has a 17-year old music career and has released 13 albums so far. She is part of two of the most loved and most watched TV formats, Romanians got talent and the Voice of Romania at Junior category. She is one of the most watched artists on social networks, with 3.48 million fans on Facebook and over 1.1 million on Instagram. Also on YouTube, where she has more than 1 million subscribers, she has made tremendous performances such as having the most watched video in Romania in the first 24 hours since launching. "Without you" had 2.4 million views on the first day and 125 million so far. The single "Signs" was a new success: the clip was for 10 days the first in Top Trending on YouTube. Also, the latest video, "Not Just for Your Birthday", a collaboration with Voltaj band, summed up 10 million views on YouTube in one month. The strong social message was very well received by the audience, and the song was performed in a special manner on the stage of the Romanian Athenaeum during the charity concert "Andra For Hope". The event was broadcast on ProTV on the 23rd of December and was the leader for all categories of audience.
